Right-click the root model in the Management Console hierarchy, and select the New command.

On the shortcut menu, select More to open the Add Component dialog, and select a package
for a set of related components to add to the hierarchy.

To rename the folder or a component, right-click and select the Rename command on the shortcut menu, or press F2 on the keyboard.
Right-click a component to access the available commands for that component.
