Allows you to type a new name for a selected item in the hierarchy. The shortcut key for this command is F2.
You cannot have duplicate names at the same level in the tree, but the names are
case-sensitive. For example, you can have two items named 'ItemName' and 'itemname'
at the same level in the tree.
