Right-click any item in the Management Console or in the Detail View.

On the shortcut menu, click the Refresh Command. The software checks the model for any differences. The drawing icons change to reflect the status of the documents compared to the model.
After refreshing a folder or component, you can synchronize it with the model by
right-clicking the item and then selecting the Update Command (drawings by rule) or the Update Now Command on the shortcut menu.
