Define and manage OAuth 2.0 protocol configuration connection details.

Select Administration > System Configuration > Integration Configuration.

Click New Record.

In the Application Configuration section, specify this information:

Application Name – Select EAM API, Flex Python, or ION API for the application name associated with the configuration definition.

If you selected ION API, enter the Base URL, Client ID, Client Secret, and Client Authorization URL fields.

Grant Type – Select the way the application will receive the access token.

Optionally, specify this information:

Authorization Path – Enter the endpoint URL for the API provider's authorization server.

Access Token Path – Enter the provider's authentication server URL used to exchange an authorization code for an access token.

Revoke Token Path – Enter the URL for the API provider's revocation endpoint.

Scope – Enter the permission that is set on the token to further define the type of protected resources that the connected application can access.

Resource – Enter the identifier of the Web API to be accessed.

User Name – Enter the user ID credential for an access token.

Password – Enter the user's password credential for an access token.

Optionally, select the Active check box so that this configuration record remains enabled and active in the system.

In the Inbound API Key section, specify this information:

User ID – Select the HxGN EAM user ID.
Selecting a user ID enables the Generate API Key button in a message.
Alternately, click Revoke API Key to revoke API keys against a user for which an API key was generated.

Click Save Record.
