To add remarks to the customer request:

Select Operations > Call Center > Call Center.

Click New Record.

Specify this information:
Remarks - Enter any remarks regarding the customer, work order, or request.
Copy to WO - Select to copy the remarks to the work order when you click Create WO.
If Copy to WO is unselected, the system saves remarks made to the customer request only.

Click Save Record.
