View the failure and success records for an alert. To view alert history:

Open the Administration > Setup > Alert Management.

Select the alert for which to view history, and then click the History tab.

View the history.
For work order type history records, double-click the history record to hyperlink
to the Work Orders form. View the information, and then click Close or Return to close the Work Orders form and return to the History page.
