View the results of entered checklists. This includes both work order and operator checklists.

Select one of these options:

Equipment > Assets

Equipment > Positions

Equipment > Systems

Equipment > Locations

Select the equipment for which to view checklist items, and then click the Checklist tab.

Specify this information:
Include Children - Select this check box to show all checklist items associated to the children of selected equipment.
Comment Includes - Specify which text must be included in one or more of the comments of the displayed checklists. For example, if you specify oil, the system will search for comments that contain the word oil.
You can use wildcards in your search. For example, if you specify oil%filter the system will search for comments that contain the word oil and then later in the text contain the word filter.

Select the View Work Order hyperlink to view the work order associated with the checklist item.

Select View Operator Checklist hyperlink to view the operator checklist associated with the checklist item.

Select View Comments hyperlink to view comments associated with the checklist item.

Select View Documents hyperlink to view documents associated with the selected checklist item.
