Define and edit crew records.

Select Work > Setup > Crews.

Click New Record.

Specify this information:
Crew - Specify a unique code identifying the crew, and then enter a description in the adjacent field.
Organization - Specify the organization to which the crew belongs.
Class - Specify the class to which the crew belongs.
Supervisor - Specify the supervisor of the crew.

Optionally, select the Out of Service check box to choose to not display the crew.

Optionally, specify the Expiration Date until which the crew is available throughout the system.
If Expiration Date is empty, the crew will never expire.

Optionally, select the Profile Picture lookup to display a crew's picture.

Optionally, click the Upload Profile Picture button to upload a crew's picture.

Optionally, select the View Profile Picture button to view the crew's picture.

Click Save Record.
