Create, edit, and view bulletin board notices from the Call Center form.
To create bulletin board notices:

Select Operations > Call Center > Bulletin Board Notices.

Click New Record. The system automatically populates Created By and Date Created.

Specify this information:
Organization - Enter the organization to which the bulletin board notice belongs.
Language - Select the language in which to create the notice.
To create a notice in more than one language, create separate bulletin board notices for each language.
Importance - Select the level of importance for the notice. The system displays icons on the bulletin board indicating the selected level of importance.
Knowledge Base Article - Enter the article to which a hyperlink should be displayed on the bulletin board.
Start Date - Enter the start date for displaying the notice on the bulletin board.
End Date - Enter the end date for displaying the notice on the bulletin board.
If you do not enter a Start Date and End Date, the system displays the notice on the bulletin board until an End Date is entered or the notice is deleted.
Title - Enter the title for the notice.
Notice - Enter the details of the notice.

Click Save Record. The system automatically populates Bulletin Board Notice.
