View the status of all imports and exports performed on the system as well as the history of imports and exports.
To view the status of imports and exports:

Select Administration > Setup > Configuration Manager.

Click the Status tab.
File Path is a hyperlink that can be used to download an export file once it has been successfully created.

Select the record for which to view status details, and then click View Status Details.

Select the group for which to view error details, and then click View Error Details.

View the error details.
-
Click Close.

Click Close.
