View an associated document, add or remove a document association, and create or upload a new document as necessary. You may also associate documents to entities that do not have a Documents tab and view documents from related sources.

Select Work > Work Orders.

Select the work order for which to view associated documents, and then click the Documents List tab.

Choose one of these options as necessary:

Description
To view or edit a document
Click View/Edit Document. Follow steps 4-5.
To associate a document to an entity
Click Add Document. Follow steps 4-5.
To create or upload a document
Click Create/Update Document.

Specify this information:
Document - Specify the document to view or edit. The system automatically populates Document Description.
Print with Report - Select to print the document with the work order report.

Click Save.
To remove or modify the document link, click Remove Document Link.
