Define values for tax rates to specify the tax rate percentage and the dates on which the tax period begins and ends.
To define values for tax rates:

Select Materials > Setup > Tax Rates.

Select the tax rate for which to define values and then click the Values tab.

Click Add Value.

Specify this information:
Start Date - Specify the tax rate’s effective date.
End Date - Specify the tax rate’s expiration date.
Percentage - Specify the tax percentage.

Click Submit.
To delete a value, select the value to delete, and then click Delete Value.
