  • The UID property of an existing unit of measure cannot be changed.

  • The Name property (that is, the short description) can be changed.

  • The Description property can be changed.

  • The A (ACny) and B (BCny) conversion factors can be changed. However, you should do this only if there is an error in the value, or if greater precision is necessary.
