You can configure the roles to appear in the Reassign dialog box by configuring specific roles or all roles as a parameter on the Reassign method. If no roles are configured on that parameter of the Reassign method, the roles available on the Reassign dialog box are the roles available to the current user in the configuration of the object on the workflow.
You can hide the roles panel on the Reassign dialog box.

Select the Reassign method, and then click Update.

Type FALSE in the Show roles box.
