Manage access groups for an API Entry Point - HxGN SDx - Update 64 - Administration & Configuration

This functionality was modified in an update. For more information, see Manage API Entry Point access groups (Modified in an update).

You can relate access groups to an API Entry Point for the access group to see a menu items or functions.

1. Go to the API Entry Point in a results grid, and select Actions > Update.

2. In the Required Access Groups tab, add criteria or wildcards to the search bar to find the access group, and select Search .

3. In the Access Groups results list, choose the access group from the available list, and select Add.

• If you remove the relationships between the API Entry Point and its access groups, the API Entry Point becomes available to all users.

• To terminate an access group from the API Entry Point, in the Required Access Groups tab, choose the access group from the list, and select Terminate.

• You can also use the Manage Related Items dialog to relate access groups to an API Entry Point. For more information on managing related items, see Manage related items.
