Thumbnail rendition based on document discovery pattern - HxGN SDx - Update 64 - Administration & Configuration

You can use this option to create thumbnails for files matching the specified file name pattern available in the folder that is specified in the Document Discovery Pattern.

1. In the Thumbnail Rendition Pre-Processor page, open the Thumbnail Rendition Based On Document Discovery Pattern section.

2. Click Refresh Document Discovery Patterns .

3. Select a Document Discovery Pattern from the list, and then click Preview to view the files that will be processed in the Progress tab.

   You can view all the document discovery patterns including those at a higher configuration.

4. In the Progress tab, select the check box beside the File Name column and click Start Processing to create the thumbnails for the selected files.

   To delete an already generated thumbnail for a file, select the file with Already Processed status and click Delete Pre-Processed Files. This enables the Start Processing button.

5. Click the Summary tab to view the file processing summary.
