You can modify the status of an attribute by clicking the cell to enable or disable
the attribute for a specific classification and column set. You can also use various
controls in the Options pane, such as Sort, Actions, and Display, to refine the attributes displayed in the results grid view.
What does the status of selected cells signify?
The following table shows the status that each attribute cell can display in the standard
attribute grid:

Each attribute that is modified is highlighted with the color that is set using the
Legend color picker. Different colors can be assigned for the Manage attribute behavior mode. For more information on changing the legend colors, see Modifying legend colors.
Selecting multiple cells
You can select multiple cells by:

Click attributes one at a time using the Ctrl key.

Select a cell and drag the cursor over the required cells in a row.

Select an entire row of attributes by clicking the cell at the start of each row.
