Create a document and attach several files to it.

In the Desktop Client, right-click the document and click Files > Print to open the Batch Print Files dialog box.
The files and associated printers are pre-selected.

The files are shown under a specific printer if a printer-to-file type relationship exists.

If a file is related to more than one printer, the first accessible printer on the relationship is used to populate the dialog box.

If a file is now related to any accessible printer, the software checks for the last used printer in the client settings file.

If the last used printer is found, the file will be shown under that printer; otherwise, the file will show under the first printer on the dialog box.

To exclude a file from printing, clear its check box.

To use a different printer, select the file on the dialog box and drag it onto the printer.

Click OK to print the files.

Confirm that the correct files printed.

The printer group is filtered by the organization that the user belongs to. This filter was created by dragging the organization onto the printer group in the Desktop Client.

The SPFOrganizationPrinterGroup relationship definition links a printer group to an organization (that is, company, department, supplier).
