Problem
An error occurs when Data Capture tries to create relationships between the tags and PBS items (area, unit) in a cross-plant structure. The software displays the following error:
Error has occurred during Deferred Cancel Methods. Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Failed to create FDWTagArea relationship as Area's Plant Code changed.
Cause
The error occurs because, in the cross-plant structure, the plant code property on the area is different from the corresponding plant.
Solution
Before loading the PBS mappings, we recommend you ensure that the plant code property on the area is mapped to the corresponding plant in the “Areas(CFIHOS).csv” file.
