The following topics provide troubleshooting for the issues that may arise during the submittals process because of errors in csv and accompanying files and how they manifest themselves in the Web Client or the Desktop Client. Submittals manage the supply, validation, and upload of document meta data and files into the system. The upload is validated and processed by Data Validator, and newly loaded documents are related back to the Master Document Register (MDR) document master and the submittal for tracking.
