To view

  • Select Issue Purposes in the Business Administration feature set.

To update

  1. Search for your issue purpose in the Business Administration feature set.

  2. Click Actions > Update.

To terminate

  1. Search for your issue purpose in the Business Administration feature set.

  2. Click Actions > Terminate.
