Tag information in Smart 3D model does not match with 3D model processed using Data Capture - HxGN SDx - Update 64 - Administration & Configuration

Problem

Tag information in the Smart 3D model does not match the tag information in 3D model processed using Data Capture. This occurs when tags were extracted from the converted 3D model using the Data Capture 3D Reader Pre-Processor module.

Solution

Tag information mismatch happens when there are duplicate DMRS linkages in the 3D Model. To correct the mismatch, republish the 3D model to resolve the duplicate linkages by completing the following steps:

1. In Smart Interop Publisher, go to Translation Settings.

2. Enable Resolve duplicate linkages in the PDS 3D Options section.

3. Update the Smart 3D model document to apply the updated translation settings.

4. Republish the Smart 3D model document to the HxGN SDx site.
