Parameter 1 description	The Relationship Definition to be expanded to locate the files

Parameter 2 description	The display mode set to view related files If set to OPEN, the URL will open the files in a separate browser window If set to FRAME, the URL will open the files in a internal frame within the web client

Parameter 3 description	Specifies whether to view the laser scan files using the TruView LaserScan viewer
