Restrict users from accessing objects attached to a workflow - HxGN SDx - Update 64 - Administration & Configuration

Find the class definition of the object that will be placed into a workflow, but that you want to restrict access to.

Right-click the class definition, and select Manage Role Evaluation Condition.

Select a condition definition from the Condition Definition list.

Click OK.

The condition can also be set on the selected role using the Manage Class Definition Evaluation Condition command.
