The following information describes the Contract transfer workflow. It explains what can and cannot be changed.
Remodel the work process
Work process remodeling, including creating new steps, requires changes to the underlying workflow template. For more information, see the rules for work process remodeling in Configure workflows and the detailed procedures in How to Configure the Workflow Model.
Details of internal process steps
The steps that make up the workflow are described in the following table.
If the user choose to edit the workflow, do not remove any steps marked as mandatory.

This step allows the user to change the contract on all the documents related to the Contract Transfer Request object. It revises the documents attached to the workflow, and relates them to the new contract. The next step is Set Issue state to ISSUED.

Sets the state of the contract transfer request object to CLOSED. This is the last step of the workflow.

Contract Transfer Request Validation Failed |
Allows the user to fix any issues in Change contract and revise related documents step. The user can fix the issue manually and then use the retry method to again attempt the Change contract and revise related documents. The next step is Change contract and revise related documents.

Only signed-off documents can be related to the Contract Transfer Request which is
attached to this workflow. When the related current document is revised, a new working
revision is created.
