You must have Full Control permission at the model level to perform this procedure.

  1. Select a model in the Project Management tree. The model that you select must be registered with a valid SDx server. See Create a new SDx registration.

  2. Click Integration > Synchronize Material Definition with SDx Command to open the Synchronize Material Definition Dialog.

  3. Specify the action to perform:

    Click Sync from SDx to synchronize material definitions and styles data from SDx to the Smart 3D model.

    Click Sync to SDx to synchronize the material definitions and styles data from the Smart 3D model to SDx.

  4. Click OK to synchronize the material definitions and styles data from or to SDx.
