After you restore a Change Management model to a previous state from backup, you can use the Data Recovery from SDx Command to recover lost data and re-sync the model with SDx.
Before using the Data Recovery from SDx Command make sure that you re-register the restored model to the same SDx plant as was used
for the previous SDx registration. After you re-register the restored Change Management
model, you must define SDx subscription settings. Otherwise, the software displays an error message.
-
Select the restored Change Management model in the Project Management tree.
-
Click Integration > Data Recovery from SDx Command to open the Data Recovery from SDx Dialog.
-
Wait while the software runs the processes displayed on the Project Details tab.
-
After all processes are complete, use the Details panel to review the synchronization status for a project category.
-
Click the Recovery tab, and then click Recover to recover the data from SDx and synchronize the Smart 3D model to SDx.
-
When the data recovery processes are complete, click Close.
-
If any process fails during data recovery, the software displays a message.
-
The software records the results of all the processes in a log file. Click View Log to open the log file in your default text editor.
