On the Home page, click Smart Materials > Subcontract Management > Potential Change Orders.

Click Add Row.

Enter a unique code in the PCO Number cell.
The naming rule for a PCO number is specified in the following project defaults:
ZP_PCORANG and ZP_PCORULE.

Add the descriptions in the Short Description, Description and Project Control Reference cell.
COR Details and Date Created are auto-populated.

Select PCO Status, PCO Category and Reason Code in their respective cells.

Enter the estimated cost in the Estimated Cost cell

Click Save.
