This project default controls how the line items with an increased quantity are handled, when an agreement supplement is created.
This project default has no effect on line items with decreased quantities.

List of Values: N (default), T, and Y.

If set to N, the additional quantity is added to the existing position, thus replacing the previous version of that line item.

If set to T, new agreement sub positions are created for the lines with an increased quantity, but not for the lines with a tag number and item rule SOT or SWT.
For these lines (with tag number and item rule SOT or SWT), the additional quantity is added to the existing position.

If set to Y, new sub positions are created for the lines with an increased quantity.
