This project default allows you to define an email template that is used to notify the buyer about a finalized quote.
If you use the e-business functionality and allow your bidders to log on to your system, the email template that you assign here is used, when the bidder clicks Submit or Finalize Quote in the Smart Materials Portal.
If no email template is assigned to the project default, no email is sent on finalizing
and submitting the bid.
