This project default enables the software to branch to another application in a new window.
It can be used to define whether the Branch Out To link is enabled on the Inquiries page in Smart Materials Portal. The conditions to enable or disable this button must be described in the CIP M_PCK_QUOTE_CUSTOM.CHECK_ESUPP_FOR_BRANCH_P3027.
