This project default determines if rules are used to automatically generate numbers for Material Certificate Summaries (MCS), Inspection Release Certificates (IRC), and Release Notes.

List of Values: Y and N (default).

If set to Y, the numbers used for MCS, IRCs, and Release Notes are automatically generated. In this case, you also need to set the project defaults ZP_MCSRULE, ZP_IRCRULE, and ZP_RN_RULE.

If set to N, the MCS, IRC, and Release Note numbers are entered manually.
