This setting refers to the Menu Help - Report Document Library. It is used to set the URL for the Reports Document Library / Report Help to call the Reports Document Library start page. The default value is <your_application_server>/marian_webentry/default.htm. The URL points on the application server to the directory <SMAT Home>/web_entry.
