In addition to technical evaluation checklists assigned to the inquiry based on material or service or assigned to inquiry line items based on ident, you can also assign properties that are relevant for technical evaluation to inquiry line items. When performing the technical evaluation for the individual quotes, for each of these properties, you can maintain whether the material offered by the bidder meets the requirements.
The ident values/properties are automatically copied to the inquiry line items, when a requisition line item is assigned to the inquiry, with a tag property based commodity code on it that requires a technical evaluation.
Apart from these automatic assignments, you can assign additional properties to any inquiry line item on the Ident Values tab of the Prepare RFQ > Technical Evaluation Checklists page.

Select a line item.

Click Add Row in the Ident Values grid.

Select a property Group from the list.

Select a Property from the list.
All properties marked as TE Relevant are available for selection.

Enter the property Value. If available, select a value from the list.
The unit of the property displays in the Unit cell.

Optionally, type a Comment.

Click Save.
