If set to Y, the collection point of a release note is auto-populated with the delivery place value, when the expediter approves the release note. Also, the collection point of a PPL is auto-populated with the delivery place value, whenever the PPL is saved.

If set to N, the collection point of a PPL or release note is not auto-populated with the delivery place value.
