This project default specifies whether the delivery designation is optional for Release to Procurement (RTP) of an engineering requisition.
This setting is important for the data validity checks that are performed by the
software immediately before a requisition is approved or released to the procurement.

Module(s) affected by this setting: Requisitions > Maintain Requisitions.

List of Values: Y and N (default).

If set to Y, the Delivery Designation is optional on the requisition line items for approving/releasing a requisition.

If set to N, the Delivery Designation is mandatory and must be entered on all requisition line items before approving/releasing a requisition.
