All type of rules must be pre-defined for use on their respective screens. .

On the Home page, click Site > Setup > Site Rules.

Click the appropriate tab.

Click Add Row.

Type a naming rule in the Rule cell.

Type a Short Description and Description of the rule.

Type the rule in the Rule Definition cell.

Select Yes in the Default cell, if all users should have the same naming rule. Otherwise, select No.
PICS and MRI rules do not have a Default column.
