To electronically sign a record, you must define certification statements. The following certification types are available in Smart Materials:

Inquiry eSignature |
Specifies the statement for signing and submitting a quote. |
Agreement eSignature - Contractor |
Specifies the statement when a contractor signs an agreement. |
Agreement eSignature - Subcontractor |
Specifies the statement when a subcontractor signs an agreement. |
COR eSignature - Contractor |
Specifies the statement when a contractor signs a change order request (COR). |
COR eSignature - Subcontractor |
Specifies the statement when a subcontractor signs a change order request (COR). |
Questionnaire |
Specifies the statement when a questionnaire is submitted. |
