This project default allows you to define which email addresses should be used for the Request for Quotation (RfQ) on approving the inquiry.

Module(s) affected by this setting: Inquiry > Inquiries Overview > Inquiry Details.

List of Values: Y and N (default).

If set to Y, the e-mail addresses are taken from the Global Setup > Companies page > Contacts tab. Only bidders with entries in Company Employee on the Inquiries Overview > Bidders tab receive an e-mail message for the RfQ.

If set to N, the e-mail addresses are taken from the Global Setup > Companies page > Addresses tab, as usual.
