This project default controls whether you can change the attached documents, if a requisition is approved or released to procurement.

If set to Y, attached documents from requisitions that are already approved or released to procurement can be inserted, updated or deleted. You can only insert, update, or delete attached single documents (no attached document packages that include VDRs). Attachments cannot be changed for requisitions if a higher supplement already exists.
