Define incident types - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Help - Hexagon

Incident types is used to report any safety incident on a site. Incident types are added to Safety Incidents and Notices in a subcontract.

1. On the Home screen, select Subcontract Management > Setup > Incident Types.

2. Click Add Row.

3. Enter the incident type in the Incident Type cell and then add the descriptions in the Short Description and Description cells.

4. Click Save.
