This project default allows you to manage and prevent the viewing of the quotation during the tender periods of inquiries.
The tender period begins with the approval of the inquiry and ends with the (revised) bid due date, which is defined with an entry in Bid Due Date or Revised Bid Due Date, if the dates are not in the future.

List of Values: E, I, N (default), and Y.

If set to E, all the inquiries that are not available in the Portal (cleared Portal check box on Inquiry Details page) are excluded from the closed tender, which means that they are available on Quote Awarding pages without any restriction.

If set to I, the software prevents you from viewing the quotations during the tender period, but allows the creation of inquiry supplements.

If set to N, there is no restriction in the display and availability of inquiries on Quote Awarding pages.

If set to Y and if the tender period of an inquiry is active, you have only limited access to the quotes on Clarifications page, where you can open the RFIs and Questions tabs to communicate with the bidders.
