This project default controls whether an agreement can be approved on Agreement > Agreements Overview > Agreement Details page, based on the comparison between the received quantity and the item shipment quantity of the new agreement supplement.

Available values: Y (default) and N.

If set to Y, you can approve the agreement even if the item shipment quantity is less than the received quantity on a MRR.

If set to N, you can approve the agreement only when the item shipment quantity is greater or equal to the received quantity on MRR.
