In the Workflow Management feature set, select Create Document Matrix.

In the New Create Document Matrix page, type the required information, and select Finish.

A matrix is created with the default column set provided in the class definition. For more information, see Configure SDx document review matrix.

To view the matrix, select Workflow Management feature set > Document Matrices.
