Compare the users in the matrix - HxGN SDx - Update 64 - Help

This functionality was modified in an update. For more information, see Compare users within the matrix (modified in an update).

You can compare the recipients within the matrix to know where the recipients are in all rows. This helps you to check if the recipients are correctly assigned and also fill any missing gaps.

1. In the Workflow Management feature set, select Document matrices.

2. Select the matrix, and select Actions > Assign Recipients.

3. Select next to Recipients. Select to switch to the normal view.

4. Select the users you want to compare.

• You can select the users available in the current view only.

  • You can select a maximum of three users.

  • The user selection is saved for the current view.

  • The selected users are displayed in a column view, along with empty rows if any.

• You can hide the empty rows by selecting , available next to .

• You can perform all the basic matrix operations in this view, such as copy the assignments of one user to another, add a user, remove a user, add a row, duplicate a row, and so on.

  • When you add or remove any of the selected users, the view modifies accordingly.

  • You can also add or remove a user not in this view.

  • You can undo any unsaved changes.
