When a signature request has been approved by the submitter, the system sends a notice to the submitter.

In your To Do List, select the Completion notice task, followed by Actions > Acknowledge.
To view the signed files on a document,

Click Actions > Show Documents on the Completion notice task.

Select a document, and click Actions > Show Viewable Files.

Select a row item, and click Actions > Show Signed File.
