The Review Plan feature helps you select the contractor's documents that you want to review. You search for documents to add to your plan based on a range of criteria, including the design information of the related tags. Then, select documents and related milestones that you are interested in reviewing.
Your organization can configure rules to preselect the items in the plan for you to review. When the company receives a submittal from the contractor, these items automatically route to you. The rules can be defined to select documents by type, issue purpose, and document discipline. You can also filter the criteria based on matching the document and tag discipline to the user’s discipline. Conditional logic can be used for specific requirements, such as selecting documents based on related tag criteria, for example, type.
