You can select more than one document or one tag and create an internal change action.

You can select Update to change any details of the Tags to change the effective impact of it to the change request.

You must sign off documents at the plant level before you can change them in a project.

Select Create Internal Change Action on the Actions menu of the document.
A revision of each document is created and related to the action.

If you are in the plant or project scope, you can create an internal change action for signed off documents created at the plant scope, but not for working and superseded documents.

If you are in the project scope, you can create an internal change action for signed off and working documents created at the project scope, but not for superseded documents.

Provide other details as needed.

If you select Approver Role, then a single user in that role must claim the step in their To Do List and perform the review.

If you select more than one Approver User, each user must perform the review.

If any of the approvers reject their review, the action is revised and returned to the implementor.

If all of the approvers approve the review, the action continues to the merge step in the workflow.

The software creates PDF renditions of documents that have attached files, including markups. PDF renditions improve the readability for the recipient.
