Copy the document review matrix - HxGN SDx - Update 64 - Help

You can copy a document review matrix that is created in the same configuration as well as another configuration.

• If you are copying a matrix which is created outside of the active create scope, you must select Copy Across Plant/Project in the Copy Matrix form.

• By default, configuration items from the active scope are listed in the Copy Matrix form. Your administrator can modify this to list the configuration items based on the configuration states.

• You can query a document review matrix created in the same configuration or higher configurations.

Copy the structure

1. Select a matrix and select Actions > Copy Matrix Structure.

2. Edit the information and select Copy.

• Select Pins > New Items to view the copied matrix.

• The copied matrix consists of all existing columns from the original matrix.

• The filter criteria and assigned users related to the original matrix are not copied.

Copy the content

1. Select a matrix and select Actions > Copy Matrix Content.

2. Edit the information and select Copy.

• Select Pins > New Items to view the copied matrix.

• The copied matrix consists of all the columns, including the filter criteria and assigned users, from the original matrix.
