Cancel a technical query

  1. Click Actions > Edit > Cancel Technical Query.

  2. Enter the reason for canceling the technical query in the Cancel Object(s) dialog box.

Cancel an action

What happens when an action is canceled?

When you cancel an action object, the action is set to the Canceled state and attached to a cancel workflow. The receiver and sender of the action are notified that the action is canceled.

  1. Click Actions > Edit > Cancel Action.

  2. Enter the reason for cancelling the action in the Cancel Object(s) dialog box.

Any user (except Business Administrator and SDx Administrator) from the originating organization can cancel an action when it is in the ISSUED state.

Terminate an action

When you terminate an action object, the action gets deleted from the database and cannot be queried.

  1. Click Actions > Terminate.

  2. Enter the reason for terminating the action in the Terminate Object(s) dialog box.

Any user (except Business Administrator and SDx Administrator) from the originating organization can terminate an action when it is in the RESERVED or DRAFT REJECTED state.
